Judge Dismisses Johnson & Johnson's Second Talc Bankruptcy Case

A judge has once against dismissed Johnson & Johnson’s talcum powder bankruptcy.

In a Friday ruling, U.S. Bankruptcy Chief Judge Michael Kaplan of the District of New Jersey dismissed the Johnson & Johnson subsidiary LTL Management’s second Chapter 11 case due to “LTL’s lack of imminent and immediate financial distress.”
