WASHINGTON, D.C.—Tarsha A. Phillibert has joined Duane Morris LLP as a partner in the firm’s Trial Practice Group in its Washington, D.C.. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Phillibert was a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Fraud Section.
While at DOJ’s Fraud Section, Phillibert identified, investigated and prosecuted complex international white-collar matters, including violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), money laundering, wire fraud, healthcare fraud, and the Bank Secrecy Act.
